Teaching Strategies to be able to teach to all learners. Being a 21st century educator means having the ability to be able to teach and reach all learners. Be able to Implement Technology, Foster Student Relationships and to be able to Embrace Change. The 5 pedagogical approaches (Constructive, Collaborative, Reflective, Integrative and Inquiry-based ) will be discussed.

SS07b Creative Problem Solving (1 Day, 6 hours)
Critical and creative thinking involves students thinking broadly and deeply using skills, behaviours and dispositions such as reason, logic, resourcefulness, imagination and innovation in all learning areas at school and in their lives beyond school. How to solve problems creatively and be critical about decision-making will also be the focus.

SS07c Develop Lifelong Learners (0.5 Day, 3 hours)
Self-directed learning—sometimes called self-discovery learning—is an approach to education wherein the leaner takes the initiative and is responsible for learning a particular action or process. The 4 key stages of self-directed learning are being ready to learn, setting learning goals, engaging in the learning process, and evaluating learning.
